Our research institute utilizes transcriptomic data from the SRA database. Through our processing pipeline, we analyze the raw data and obtain the gene expression data. Users can input their own sequences and obtain the expression data of the gene ID that is closest to the species on our platform, which is achieved through optimizing blast alignment. In addition, we also provide a visual representation of the data through heat maps to facilitate users' more convenient and effective understanding of the data. We collected a total of 7,109 transcriptome data entries.
