Interproscan is a gene annotation tool that allows you to annotate multiple databases in a single run. The study annotated the genes of 29 CGs and V. vinifera, resulting in 8,204,891 annotations. With the help of this platform, researchers can easily access and retrieve annotated information such as gene id, sequence length, analysis software, gene annotation information, start and stop locations, IPR number and Go number.
